No. 3CX runs on your existing internet connection. Your team can use desk phones, their laptops, or the 3CX mobile app. We'll recommend the right setup for your office.

How long does deployment take?

Small businesses (under 20 users) are typically live within 1-2 business days. Larger deployments with number porting and complex routing may take 1-2 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline upfront.

Can I keep my existing phone numbers?

Yes. We work with local SIP trunk providers to port your existing numbers to the new system. Your customers won't notice any change β€” except that you answer more reliably.

What happens if my internet goes down?

3CX has built-in failover options. Calls can be forwarded to mobile numbers, and the mobile app continues working on cellular data. We configure these failsafes during deployment.

Do you offer ongoing support contracts?
